Debra Johnson
Secretary
Debbie Johnson is a part-time secretary at the First Assembly of God in Goshen. She currently serves as the Elkhart County Republican Party Secretary and is an elected member of the Jefferson Township Board.
Steve Clark
Vice-Chair
Steve Clark serves as the Vice-Chair of the Elkhart County Republican Party, elected in 2025. Previously, he served as the Party Treasurer, a position he was elected to in 2021. He serves as an At-Large Councilor on the Elkhart County Council.
Courtney Papa
Chair
Courtney was born and raised in Elkhart. She earned a degree from Goshen College. By day she is District Director for Sen. Todd Young and by night she is Chair of the Elkhart County Republican Party. She also serves as Chair of the Second District GOP.
